Job Vacancy for Senior Accountant Manager/Senior Finance Manager - Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to assist the Group Accountant for all Property Development / Construction accounting activities.
2. Accountable for the full spectrum of the Property Development / Construction accounting functions and related matters as well as corporate and statutory compliance.
3. Assist the Group Accountant to Plan, Organize and Lead the finance and credit department and all aspect of finance and credit support to the Company. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as statutory reporting, corporate governance, management reporting, business planning, risk management, credit and any related business initiatives, budgeting, forecasting.
4. Ensures that all finance and credit activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.

Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least graduate diploma, academic, or professional degree in Accounts or related discipline. Member of ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA or related an added advantage.
2. At least 5 years of working exposure in the related field or which 3 years in managerial capacity.
3. High level of integrity drives and result oriented. Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines.
4. Competent in management reporting and operations system.
5. Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
6. Exposure to Property Development / Construction industry a prerequisite.
7. Ability to work with all level of employees and Management.
8. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
